Winter Haven, Florida – Early’s wish came true in the most unforgettable way. Kids Wish Network flew his family to Florida for a next-level VIP experience at LEGOLAND Florida, complete with behind-the-scenes tours, a personal escort, and professional videographers capturing every moment of joy and wonder. His visit will even be featured in a special promotional video for LEGOLAND.

“We had a lot of eyes on us,” said Early’s mom, Chiketta. “I'm sure everyone was wondering why a camera crew was following us.” Some even asked if they were famous YouTubers. “The Merlin group was amazing with Early, as was the staff at LEGOLAND,” she added. “They were so friendly and made us feel welcome.”

“Every laugh was a heartfelt moment for me,” she said. “On the rollercoaster, Early was happy, excited, and had the best giggles. He had the biggest laugh ever!” His face also lit up when he saw the cars in the master class, and he even got to take home a boxed LEGO DREAMZzz set as a special gift.

Their stay at the LEGOLAND Hotel Florida was just as extraordinary, with whimsical LEGO-themed décor and amenities everywhere they turned. “The kids had LEGOs everywhere, which was amazing because they love them. There were even giant floating LEGOs in the pool,” said his mom. They enjoyed a LEGO treasure hunt in their room and danced in the disco-party elevators, complete with music, lights, and a spinning disco ball.

The resort generously donated a two-night stay, and Kids Wish Network purchased additional nights at a discounted rate.

Early’s wish also included a visit to the SEA LIFE Orlando Aquarium, where he loved watching the stingrays glide through the 360-degree Ocean Tunnel. His family continued their theme park adventures at Disney, exploring both Magic Kingdom and EPCOT, and they were invited to dine and bowl at Splitsville Orlando.

Early’s medical journey began when testing revealed he had retinoblastoma, a rare cancer of the retina. He underwent surgery to remove the affected eye and completed chemotherapy. He continues to be monitored regularly for any changes in his health.
