Bryan’s Heart is Full of Gratitude Saying Yes to His Favorite Things

Riverside, California – Bryan has already faced challenges beyond his years. After struggling to keep up during PE class, a series of doctor visits led to a life‑changing diagnosis: Becker Muscular Dystrophy. Since then, Bryan’s life has included regular visits with neurologists, physical therapists, cardiologists, nutritionists, and orthopedists—all while taking heart medication to help keep his heart strong.

But Bryan is much more than his diagnosis. He is a passionate sports fan and, like many teens his age, loves shopping and dreaming about the experiences he hopes to enjoy with his family. When it came time to grant his wish, the goal was simple yet powerful—to give Bryan freedom, choice, and joy. His wish was fulfilled with a generous One4All gift card, allowing him to shop across multiple retailers for clothing, sports gear, dining, and even entertainment and sporting experiences. 

The moment Bryan opened his gift package was unforgettable. Staring at the gift cards in disbelief, he exclaimed, “Oh my gosh… Oh my gosh! He immediately began planning his shopping spree, eager to pick out new clothes and dreaming about what he might buy first. 

Bryan’s mom watched with gratitude, sharing how much this wish meant to her son and their family. “He’s a sports fanatic,” she said, imagining the jerseys and shoes he has long hoped for. It was tough keeping his wish a secret, and felt amazing finally seeing Bryan’s happiness.
