Wish Continues to Level Up Gamer’s Happiness

Plano, Texas – Michael loves video games, and if it was up to him, he’d be a professional gamer when he grows up. For this E-athlete hopeful, the highly sought after Nintendo Switch 2 was just a dream for him, until his wish came true. Kids Wish Network surprised him with his very own Nintendo Switch 2! Michael was completely mesmerized, it was a magical moment finally holding it in his hands. “He’s completely in shock, I’ve never seen him so quiet,” said his mom Liza. “Thank you so so much!” The excitement continued when Michael found out that Kids Wish Network also purchased him a generous retail gift card so he could shop for lots of games and accessories. It was endearing watching Michael so caught up in the moment, and his wish continues to level up his happiness.

Kids Wish Network Lifetime Wish

At the age of 5, Michael had his first seizure. He was already coping with a variety of conditions, but testing confirmed his newest diagnosis of epilepsy which was by far the most challenging. After trying so many medications to help control his seizures without success, it’s now considered drug-resistant epilepsy. Michael takes 11 medications each day, and undergoes speech and occupational therapies for his variety of medical challenges.

Many Thanks

Kids Wish Network could not have provided this wish to Michael without the help of the many supporters who believe in making wishes come true for kids who need hope.

Kids Wish Network has been making dreams come true for children since 1997. We are dedicated to infusing hope, creating happy memories, and improving the quality of life for children experiencing life-altering situations. We started with the single purpose of granting wishes to children suffering from life-threatening conditions but have since created additional programs to benefit kids nationwide, including Hero of the Month, Project Toy Drop, Holiday of Hope Gift Banks, and A Child Forever Funeral Assistance.
