Wish is Electric with Iconic Rickenbacker FireGlo
AURORA, Colorado – Saul’s doctor appointment was not at all what he expected, he had some very unexpected news. His doctor announced that Kids Wish Network was making his dream come true, getting him the one thing that he wanted more than anything else… a Rickenbacker 330 FireGlo electric guitar! It felt so surreal finally holding the iconic instrument in his hands, and he had the biggest smile fully taking in the awe of his extraordinary gift. Dave’s Guitar Shop and Kids Wish Network teamed up to make Saul’s dream his reality. It was also special for his doctor and medical team to see it all happen, knowing everything that he went through on his healing journey.
Before Saul’s diagnosis, he was experiencing a lot of pain. Testing revealed he had cancer, and was diagnosed with a germ cell tumor. He underwent surgery which successfully removed the tumor, and continues to have check-ups to monitor his health.
