Children Help and Comfort Mom When She Needs it Most

Kameron, Kristian, Kendrall Jr. and Kyle have a mom going through cancer treatments. She is so thankful for all they do to support her emotionally and physically.

Kameron (age 8) is my loving sweet prayer warrior. He prays for me all the time and always asks how my appointments go. Kameron sings to me to lift my spirits. He never gives me problems with getting up in the morning for school, and always makes sure to do his homework. He always puts a smile on my face when I’m sick. Kameron was born happy and continues to be thoughtful and kind.

Kristian (age 9) always makes sure to tell me that he loves me. He always greets me with hugs and kisses. He always makes sure to tell me I’m the best mom. Kristian has been so loving and helpful, and comes to me every day to ask how I’m doing and feeling. He is always concerned about me. Kristian is always saying kind and thoughtful words and gives encouragement to others. He makes sure everyone has a friend.

Kendrall Jr. (age 14) is a straight A student and maintains his grades while also being a huge help at home with chores and his younger siblings. He helps me cook dinner when I’m tired, clean up the house and yard, helps his younger siblings with homework, and helps to potty train and bathe his little brother. Kendrall Jr. puts so much effort in doing his very best in everything he puts his mind to.

Kyle is the sweetest little 3-year-old you could meet. When I was diagnosed, I believe he was the most affected among his siblings. He was so young and needed more of my attention than I could give because I was so inundated with doctors, appointments, and stress. However, I thank God that Kyle received all my love and never felt neglected, and always made me smile with his smile, laugh, and sweet spirit. He lifted me up even when he didn’t know. Kyle has been my hero from birth. He was born 6 weeks premature, and my last baby, so his strength is amazing. He is sweet, outgoing, empathetic and kind.

Their mom is so appreciative and touched by all they’ve done to help and bring her comfort. She nominated Kameron, Kristian, Kendrall Jr. and Kyle, and Kids Wish Network is so pleased to award them as Heroes.
