SPARTANBURG, S.C. (July 2019): Savannah Hensley enjoys art and making things with her hands. She especially loves painting, and wants to be an artist when she grows up. Kids Wish Network, a children’s charity that grants wishes for kids with life-threatening illnesses, learned about her aspirations of artistry, and designed a wish to foster her talent. She loves the Spartanburg Art Museum and her wish was to take art classes there. Savannah suffers from a life-threatening condition.
Kids Wish Network purchased three art classes at the Spartanburg Art Museum, and the museum provided a free class. Savannah can’t wait to begin her new art classes and hone her love of art.
“Savannah’s wish fosters her love of art and enables her to explore her hobbies in a fun and artistic environment,” said Kids Wish Network Executive Director Tam Lai.
