Carson was ecstatic about his wish as he had always wanted to visit Disney World.
Kids Wish Network sent Carson and his family to the first game of the season for the Ohio State Buckeyes with the help of their director of basketball operations, David Egelhoff. The family was even able to tour the locker room as well as meet some of the players and get their autographs. Among the many players Carson got to meet Greg Oden, a former number one overall NBA draft pick for the Portland Trail Blazers and current student coach for the Buckeyes. The family got plenty of great photos to remember Carson’s special wish by.
Carson, who loves basketball and Disney was diagnosed with cerebral palsy, hydrocephalus, and occipital encephalocele. He was just 5 months old when doctors found a hole in the back of his skull, resulting in over 20 surgeries in total.

Carson met plenty of his favorite Disney characters including, Mickey Mouse, Woody, and a few of his favorite Star Wars characters.
