87% of His Body Was Burned

Burns are some of the most common childhood accidents. Standard treatment is to harvest healthy skin from elsewhere on the patient’s body in order to cover severe wounds. In Bryson’s case, his burns covered 87% of his body. His determination prevailed, making him well deserved of being named a Hero of the Month.
