Frank is a very special little boy. He was born with a neurological disorder called Corpus Callusum. He has had 2 major eye surgeries and 3 surgeries to his right leg and 2 to his left leg for hip dysplasia. By 8 years of age he was diagnosed with liver cancer which required another surgery. Thankfully he is now cancer free!
His current hospitalization was related to multi-lobar pneumonia with reactive airway disease. He required 5 days of hospitalization, which included multiple medications and treatments.
Frank is a true hero in our eyes because he has faced the challenges of his disease head on. He has had to overcome many obstacles but you would never know it by his attitude and will to fight.
