OLDSMAR- Nickelodeon will be joining Kids Wish Network’s Holiday of Hope, an event to be held the afternoon of July 26 that will bring joy to all the sick children in Tampa Children’s Hospital at St. Joseph’s. The host of the popular Slimetime Live, Dave Aizer, and his co-hosts Jessica and Jonah, will distribute hundreds of toys provided by Kids Wish Network to young patients and their siblings. Mayor Dick Greco will be in attendance to make a formal proclamation on behalf of Kids Wish Network’s Holiday of Hope.
Some of these brave children will have short visits in the hospital, while others won’t be as fortunate, having to endure extended stays. The special, private event will create cherished memories for all of these kids, allowing them to forget the pain of the stinging needles and the fear that comes from being in a strange place, away from their families.
